Random Us

After visiting with Grandma and Grandpa, I got home and checked my camera only to find about 50 pictures of Scout. I thought this was the cutest of them all.
No, this is NOT our motorcycle (thank goodness). It's Grandpa Steve's new toy. And boy oh boy is he having fun with it! A little tooooo much fun :-)
One can never get enough football around our house

I love this picture of Carson with his arms around his team. Go destroyers!
Talk about determination. Can you see his tongue hanging out the side.

My visit with Merrilee at Deseret Book. Yes, I have a famous friend who is an awesome illustrator.

Austin was loving the cabin :-)
I love camping in the fall. The leaves were gorgeous.

Anyone hungry for an EXTRA toasted marshmellow?

Carson caught his very own fish, without any help at all. Good job buddy!

walking

Look who's walking!!!!!

It's his new favorite activity. He always has the biggest grin on his face when we "practise"

Nathan found a caterpillar at the cabin, put it in his bug catcher, and this is what we found the next morning. A COCOON! We'll keep you posted.

I love this picture. Already to ride to school.

As you can see, just watching the game isn't good enough for Kev, he also has to "listen" to the game as well. Such a true cougar fan!

This is a classic Carson pose

Ah...Summer

Mr. Henry is FINALLY gone. He was getting so big, and messy, so we donated him to the thanksgiving point farm. It only took about an hour to talk the boys into it. Plus they got two firebelly toads in replace of him. I think I'm ready to be done with pets.
Happy 4th of July!!
Can't figure out how to turn this picture......but grandma got surgery on her foot and Chandler broke his leg in FIVE different places...OUCH!

Cousins having fun at our traditional 4th of July sleepover

Camping out in the backyard

Making forts at the Cabin

Both Carson and Nathan caught a fish...with a little help from a friendly old man we met at the lake :-)

Never a dull moment with G&G.....
On our way to the waterfall...what a feat!

We did it!

Cloward Farm

It all started with Slinky the snake. The boys found it at grandma's and took it home. The thing lasted about two days before it slithered away.
Now there's Max and Lizzy....the lizards.

And here's Henry the chicken. He's been in the family now for about 2 months. He started off in the laundry room living in a box, then moved to the window well out in the backyard, and now he just roams the backyard. The kids love it.
Who needs a dog when you can have a chick :-)
We'll see how long that lasts
